Holiday Delight

Graham Cracker Toffee:

1 pkg graham crackers-1/3 of the box
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans

In a 13x9 pan, line the graham crackers. Combine the butter and sugar over medium heat. Boil for about 5 minutes. Pour mixture over graham crackers. Bake at 300 for 12minutes. As soon as this comes out of the oven, pour chocolate morsels over the toffee. Let sit for a couple of minutes, then smooth the chocolate over the toffee until covered on all sides. Top with pecans before the chocolate sets.
