Ringing In A New Year With An Old Drink

I still remember all the hype talk about the things that might or might not happen as we approached the year 2000. To think that ten whole years have now passed completely blows my mind!!!! I feel so much younger, don't you? Whatever you are doing to celebrate ringing in the New Year tonight, you might want to include this little drink. Have fun, and be safe!!!!







Mixed Up Strawberry Daiquiri:

1 10oz. carton Strawberry Daiquiri Bacardi Mixers
Rum
ice cubes
vanilla ice cream

In a blender, combine the carton of Strawberry Daiquiri, 1/2 carton of rum, ice cubes, and a couple of large scoops of ice cream. Blend until smooth. If the drink is too strong for you, add a bit more ice cream. If it is too thick or not strong enough, add more rum. ENJOY!!!!
