Party Time

My co workers and I gave a baby shower for a friend recently. This recipe was on the menu, and it was a hit!

Tuna Dip:

8oz. pkg. cream cheese
3 cans tuna
diced jalapenos
mayonnaise

Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Drain the tuna and add it to the cream cheese. Spoon in 1-2 tsp. of diced jalapenos, and stir in enough mayonnaise to suit your taste. Combine all ingredients well. Serve with scoop chips.
