Touch of Italy

Fettuccine Alfredo:

1 stick butter
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces fettuccine noodles

Slice cream cheese into small pieces. Mix cream cheese with milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cut butter into tablespoon-sized pieces and add to mixture. Stir frequently until smooth. Boil fettuccine noodles until tender. For last 10 minutes of cooking time for the sauce, add grated Parmesan cheese, and stir frequently until well combined. Pour sauce over fettuccine noodles and serve.
