This recipe comes from my father in law and mother in law, Jim and Regina. It is an easy appetizer that is just as yummy.
Swedish Meatballs:
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1 egg
3/4 tsp. onion salt
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 15 oz. can beef gravy
1 15 oz. can mushroom gravy
Combine the beef, breadcrumbs, egg and onion salt together. Make 1 inch meatballs from mixture. Place meaballs, tomato sauce, and both gravies into slow cooker. Cook for 1 hour.
