We are officially in the spirit of cleaning out the refrigerator and the pantry so that we can prepare for Thanksgiving. Our kitchen is fairly small, so we need all the space we can find. Today we made two dishes that stem from the beginnings of a cleanout, but I will share this one first.
Tomato, Basil, and Garlic Macaroni:
1 lb. elbow macaroni
1 jar Bertoli Basil, Garlic, and Olive Oil tomato sauce
1 lb. Velveeta
Boil and drain the elbow macaroni. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sauce with sliced Velveeta. Stir to combine and allow 10 minutes for it to melt entirely. Be careful to not let this burn. Pour the drained noodles into the sauce. It was different, but we would make this again.
