What's Up, Doc?

Every time I go to Cracker Barrel, I normally get carrots as part of my vegetable plate. However, I've never been able to be successful with carrots at home. I was determined to find a recipe that would work, and I found a hit when I ran across Crock Pot Lady's Glazed Carrots. They were easy and yummy, and I can't wait to make them again.

Glazed Carrots:

4 cups baby carrots
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Dump all ingredients into a slow cooker. Stir well a couple of time to make sure everything is coated and combined. Cook on low for 6 hours. Enjoy!
