These next few recipes will be without pictures. I have a million recipes sitting around on paper, and in an attempt to control the clutter, I have decided to go ahead and post them so I can throw the papers out. Okay, that was a mouthful, so here we go:
Orange Poppy Seed Dressing:
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. orange peel
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
dash of black pepper
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp. poppy seeds
Combine the first six ingredients in an airtight container. Whisk in the oil and poppy seeds until well combined. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
