Mmmmm, this dressing is good.
Herb Vinaigrette
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar-can substitute balsamic
1-2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. fresh thyme, oregano, or basil-if using dry, use 1/2 tsp.
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Whisk all ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
