A Honey of a Dressing

Orange Honey Dressing:

3/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup honey
1 T chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 cup vegetable oil

In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, orange juice, honey, parsley, salt and pepper. Gradually whisk in oil. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
