This is my mom's recipe. I can't remember where she got this, but it may have been from my aunt. It is a Thanksgiving Day tradition for her to make this.
Kentucky Pecan Pie:
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
1 cup white karo syrup
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. bourbon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup melted butter
Mix sugar and flour. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Top with chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
