This recipe makes one pie crust.
3 oz. softened cream cheese
1 stick softened butter
1 cup all purpose flour
Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. On low speed, add flour and continue mixing until soft dough forms. Spread over pie plate, pricking with a fork so that it stays in place.
